Litigation Paralegal - Employment Law & Wage/Hour (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: South Bay

A growing employment law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with experience in wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters. The ideal Litigation Paralegal is bilingual in Spanish/English, highly organized, and able to support attorneys in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Litigation Paralegal looking to grow within a strong litigation practice. Class action experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and serve legal documents in state and federal courts.
• Calendar deadlines, schedule hearings, depositions, and court reporters.
• Prepare hearing binders and maintain organized case and client files.
• Support all stages of case management, including discovery and trial prep.
• Communicate with clients (Spanish/English), gather documents, and assist attorneys throughout litigation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience (employment law or civil litigation preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Paralegal certificate or law firm experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Positive, committed, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
