Position: Yoga Instructor - Employee

FLSA Status : Part-Time Non-Exempt Reports To: Holistic Health Manager POSITIONDescription:This position includes the leading of group yoga classes and yoga schedule coordination.Come work in an intentional, peaceful, environment with other professionals who approach wellness holistically - mind, body, spirit. Keep your tips! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors and direct clients to appropriate areas
• Coordinate with theHolistic Health Managerto ensure that all Yoga tasks are being completed
• Interact with customers when appropriate
• Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
• Provide group yoga classes as scheduled by theHolistic Health Manager
• Help with the promotion and coordination of yoga participation
• Clean of yoga props such as blocks, blankets, straps, and mats
• Ensure the yoga space is clean and tidy
• Answer clients questions
• Recommend stretches for clients individual needs

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Experience working with diverse constituents, teams and colleagues
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Convene and motivate teams, staff members, and volunteers
• Employ flexibility and creativity in the face of ambiguity and challenge

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Licensed Yoga Instructor
