Job Description

IntePros is seeking a Technology Specialist for a short-term contract with the potential to be extended.

  • Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM EST
  • Flexibility: Earlier shifts available on Saturday & Sunday
  • Location: Onsite support role

We are looking for a Senior Help Desk/Onsite Support Analyst to assist with IT support activities, providing hands-on technical support and customer service to end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting production systems, and assisting with small project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
  • Coordinate and resolve IT issues in collaboration with application and infrastructure teams
  • Assist with application and platform support
  • Deliver training and guidance on new tools and technologies
  • Support weekend and evening operations for critical environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in technical and customer support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
