Apex Systems is currently hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO

Term: Contract through 2025 to start with a strong potential for extensions (this is a long term need!)

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week

Pay range: $65-75/hr

We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic team driving innovation across complex systems. If you thrive at the intersection of business and technology, and have a passion for translating ideas into actionable solutions—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end system documentation and analysis across all layers—from data sourcing to user-facing applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational and implementation challenges
• Research and recommend strategies for customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automation
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and engineering/development teams
• Translate business needs into formal technical requirements and manage them through the full lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track system issues and improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, System Engineer, Product Owner Partner, or similar role
• Deep understanding of technical architecture and system design
• Proven experience with comprehensive system documentation
• Telecom industry experience is preferred
