They are looking for a Tax Manager who will oversee tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base while leading a team of professionals and managing key client relationships. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Tax Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Advise clients on tax planning strategies and identify opportunities for savings Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff Maintain and grow strong client relationships through exceptional service Tax Manager’s Qualifications and Skills CPA license required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Taxation or related field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax Strong knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and multi-state tax filings Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Proficient in tax and accounting software (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, QuickBooks) and Excel RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law.
