Work as developer and BSA on a team of experienced high energy developers to facilitate the development of full stack software solutions that provide services to enterprise clients. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Highly resourceful team-player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

We are seeking a versatile Software Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role involves both hands-on software and database development and business analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and develop software applications that align with business goals. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and system integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing systems.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience is required
• Experience with software development (full stack).
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
