We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our field service operations across a major site or multiple locations. This role provides both strategic and tactical leadership to a team of field service professionals, driving performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. W astewater treatment systems and solutions, "Water Purification and Water Treatment"!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day and long-term leadership to field service teams.
• Lead talent management efforts, including recruiting, retaining, engaging, and developing team members.
• Manage departmental budgets and control operational expenses.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Proactively address employee relations matters and create a positive, high-performance culture.
• Translate customer requirements into clear objectives and actionable service plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field service operations and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
