Position: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Pleasanton, CA or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)

Duration: 1-year contract (renewed quarterly) with potential for extension or conversion to full-time

Interview Process: 2–3 rounds via Zoom

Team Focus: Quote-to-Order systems

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in CPQ and CLM to join our Quote-to-Order team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Heroku, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Experience with AI/LLM technologies is a plus.

About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our Quote-to-Order initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing applications and support new product and partner program launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Heroku.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive, analytical approach.
• Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and LLM, for potential integration.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Heroku
• Node.js
• Proven experience with Apttus CPQ and CLM.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in AI/ML or LLM technologies.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clear solutions.

Soft Skills

• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
