SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overtake a 800k revenue book of business and continue growth and development of book of business.
2. Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.
3 Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
4 Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
5. Ensure submissions reflect accurate data such as risks and coverages.
6. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
7. Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.
8. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners.
