As a **Security Officer - Residential Patrol** in **San Francisco, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more . As an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for residents and guests. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with all individuals on site. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working collaboratively with your team and always acting with integrity to support a welcoming and protected community atmosphere. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $27.02 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Tue10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Wed10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Thur10:30 PM - 07:00 AM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter.
