Job Description

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our 120-bed facility will offer specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions. 

The full-time Scribe is a critical role that increases the efficiency and productivity of providers by performing clerical and information technology functions . The Scribe works alongside the provider in a psychiatric hospital setting that includes Inpatient and Outpatient. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration related field required
• 1+ years' experience in healthcare required
• Experience as a medical assistant preferred
• Must have ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
