Job Description

We’re hiring a Full-Time LSSP to support district-wide evaluations — not counseling — with a schedule of 37.5 hours/week , Monday–Friday , in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) .

Start Date: July 29th

Competitive Pay: $65/hr+

Location: District-wide, multiple campuses (onsite for evals only)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 6–7 psychological evaluations per month (approx. 2/week) across campuses
• Complete remote report writing on hybrid days
• Present findings in collaborative team meetings (virtual/in-person)
• Work closely with Licensed Clinical Psychologists (LCPs) stationed at each campus
• Manage caseloads using a structured, point-based system
• Ensure evaluations meet all compliance and documentation standards

Qualifications:

Required:

• Valid Texas LSSP License

Preferred:

• Experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills
