Insight Global is looking for a strategic SAP Functional Analyst specialized in Forecast to Produce to join one of Calgary's largest agricultural companies for a permanent position in either Calgary, or Loveland, Colorado and a relocation package will be offered. This opportunity will be 5 days a week, onsite and 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation, work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives, and determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience working in any of the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, SAP ECC SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing, or Quality Management modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA Production Planning Master Data Objects, Demand Planning, Demand Management, MRP and Capacity planning in S4 HANA, Production planning and execution using production orders and process orders, repetitive manufacturing, Material Staging with Kanban, procurement processes through production and PPDS.
• Strong Understanding of application of SAP S4 HANA Quality Management business processes in production and procurement processes along with integration of QM processes with Inventory Management processes.
• Understanding of integration of SAP IBP with SAP MRP, SAP PP and SAP MM modules would be an asset.
• SAP Certified Application consultant in SAP S4 HANA Manufacturing and S4 HANA Quality Management modules would be an asset.
• Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
• History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
• Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
• Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
• Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Understanding of SAP EAM (S4 HANA Plant Maintenance) module along with Maintenance Work Management processes
