Sales Support Specialist

Overview Although not a sales role, the Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the outside sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, ensuring smooth communication between sales and other departments, and managing existing account requests, etc. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to sales success. You'll be the essential force that keeps the sales engine running at peak performance!

Supercharge Sales Support!

  • Orchestrate the sales team's success through strategic schedule management and game-changing account customer service
  • Transform customer interactions into lasting relationships through exceptional support and solution-focused problem-solving
  • Be the vital link between departments, coordinating needs for the field sales team
  • Execute order processing with precision, ensuring every customer receives exactly what they need, when they need it
  • Create insightful reports for sales team and collaborate with sales team to create compelling proposals that turn prospects into loyal clients
  • Coordinate with the internal advertising team (marketing, ads, graphics team, etc.) regarding customer needs.
  • Build and maintain the customer database that keeps the sales team ahead
  • Uncover market leads, trends and competitive insights that give the team a winning edge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support to Sales Team
  • Some experience in administrative support roles, customer-facing positions, or inside or outside consumer or B2B sales is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other database management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
