Job Overview

We’re seeking a driven and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic sales and marketing operations across multiple locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Atlanta areas. This person will be responsible for overseeing and supporting one sales team in Lewisville and two additional teams in other satellite locations. If you're someone who thrives on developing creative ways to generate high-quality leads, enjoys mentoring salespeople, and excels at making data-driven decisions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 3 sales teams across different locations (including regular onsite visits)
• Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies to support lead generation and sales growth
• Identify and implement creative, low-cost tactics to generate organic leads
• Monitor and improve performance metrics through detailed reporting and analytics
• Manage and optimize use of HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to refine customer acquisition funnels and sales processes
• Provide hands-on training, motivation, and accountability for sales reps
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness
• Report weekly on KPIs, lead conversion rates, and revenue impact

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales and/or marketing management roles preferred not required.
• Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar systems
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to run reports and analyze sales/marketing data
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Self-starter with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Experience with field service or home service industries is a plus
