Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Safety Management System across all factory and field operations.
  • Oversee and enforce safety protocols within the modular warehouse and job sites.

  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of building and managing safety programs from the ground up
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and lead across all levels of an organization
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software platforms
  • Ability to travel regularly between factory and field sites as needed

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision)
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
  • Annual Bonus Potential

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have a zero-tolerance mindset for unsafe practices
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Can influence teams at every level—from field staff to executive leadership
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves
