Position Overview As the RN Director of Adult Day Health Care (ADHC), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our ADHC program across the community. You will be responsible for managing existing the program, ensuring they are running efficiently, and meeting the growing needs of our community. This role requires a dynamic, aggressive leader who is ready to make an impact, grow the program, and ensure top-tier service for clients. You will be expected to collaborate with staff, leadership, and stakeholders to enhance program quality and reach. Key Responsibilities

• Program Oversight and Growth
• Manage and evaluate the performance of existing ADHC program.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and improve services within the community.
• Ensure the program is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead, mentor, and support ADHC staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to program staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Foster collaboration between departments to ensure effective program delivery.
• Promote a culture of care, compassion, and excellence throughout the community.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Represent The Grand Healthcare System at relevant local events and forums
• Advocate for the needs of ADHC participants and help drive community outreach and awareness.
• Administrative & Compliance Functions
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure program sustainability.
• Ensure all program documentation, including reports and records, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Review and maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Monitor the quality of care and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using software for managing programs and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, or a related field – preferred.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of New York- required
