As a Senior Federal Project Manager in Oracle Health Government Services you will plan and direct the work of the project team and cross-functional support teams for one or more projects. You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules and estimates, providing analytical and operational guidance to the project team, and ensuring client satisfaction for assigned projects. In scope for this role will be to review and approve project team work to ensure adherence to scope, quality and productivity expectations and implement additional processes or reviews as needed to address systemic or recurring issues. This role will allow you to assess and report on identified and anticipated project risks and lead risk avoidance or mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, escalating to the task order owner as appropriate. You will lead internal and external project meetings, providing updates on progress against critical paths and milestones, key operational and financial measures and risk assessments. Finally, you will engage and manage third party resources as needed to support project objectives

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

  • ??At least 5 years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience including:

  • ??At least 2 year of project/program management work experience

  • ??Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • ??Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ??Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, Information Technology

  • ??Master's in Business Administration

  • ??Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

Expectations:

  • ??Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location

  • ??Must be willing to travel up to 20% as needed

  • ??Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • ??Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • ??Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
