In this role, you’ll be the critical link between design and final output—ensuring all files are accurately built, formatted, and ready for print or digital deployment. You’ll work closely with designers, editorial, and production teams to prepare, version, and package files with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize design files for production across print and digital formats
  • Place and format copy and imagery based on established templates and layouts
  • Ensure files meet technical specifications for printers, developers, and vendors
  • Conduct thorough preflight checks, troubleshooting issues before release
  • Organize and archive assets and production files in a structured, accessible way
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and editorial to manage deadlines and workflows
  • photo retouching and photoshop in print and digital

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a production artist or studio role (agency or in-house)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of print production standards (bleed, resolution, color profiles, etc.)
  • Experience with digital production (resizing graphics, web-safe formats, asset export)
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Bonus: Familiarity with content management systems like Monday.com
  • photo retouching and “strong photoshop skills

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25-$30 and hour. Temporary position 3-6 months based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. Employee frequently uses computer keyboard, regularly travels both short and long distances via walking within the work site. The employee must regularly lift and/or move a laptop computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently. Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs.
