IntePros is seeking Product Owners/Managers to support our banking client. Candidates must be located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL to be considered. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on cutting-edge enterprise and client platforms.

We are hiring for multiple Product Owner roles across various focus areas:

• Data Product – Deep knowledge in data and analytics
• Digital Product – Expertise in web, mobile, and other digital platforms
• Technical Product – Strong technical platform understanding
• Financial Product – Background in investment banking, lending, or payments
• Experience/Service – Focus on client journeys, channels, and service design

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Work closely with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery
• Own user stories, lead backlog refinement, and manage stakeholder communications
• Write specifications for features and contribute to product strategy
• Make trade-off decisions and escalate critical issues when needed
• Identify and resolve complex product issues by understanding feature interdependencies
• Define key success metrics and analyze post-launch results
• Recommend UX improvements and ensure strong end-user experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Agile experience with the ability to lead and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome roadblocks
• Passion for continuous learning, new technologies, and team collaboration
• Highly organized, resourceful, and driven by customer outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5–7 years of product ownership/management experience
• 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry
