Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Shape and drive the UX vision and execution for enterprise-grade applications, delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Define and manage the end-to-end user experience—covering workflows, interfaces, interactions, and data visualization.
• Conduct user research, analyze findings, and transform insights into practical design strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to align design solutions with business objectives, communicate concepts effectively, and iterate based on feedback.
• Mentor and support UX designers, encouraging creativity, innovation, and high-quality outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth translation of designs into fully functional products.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing sophisticated, data-rich applications with a strong usability focus.
• Track record of shaping UX strategy and influencing the overall product direction.
• Hands-on proficiency in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and conducting usability tests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to integrate user needs, technical limitations, and business objectives into cohesive solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the asset management industry, including investment products, portfolio management workflows, and institutional investor technology platforms.
• Prior experience designing enterprise-scale financial or trading platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment tools, or trading systems.
