Job Description

A growing 503B Outsourcing Facility in Delray Beach seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead sterile compounding operations, ensure full CGMP and USP compliance, and oversee regulatory and quality systems. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct influence on product selection, formulation, and compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, DSCSA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Supervise aseptic compounding, labeling, product release, and documentation.
• Lead staff training, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
• Serve as liaison for inspections, audits, and regulatory correspondence.
• Oversee investigations, CAPAs, and QA/QC documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BSPharm required.
• Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License (multi-state preferred).
• Minimum 1 year in a 503B Outsourcing Facility
• Strong knowledge of CGMP, USP <797>/<800> , 21 CFR Parts 210/211, and DSCSA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
