SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Operations Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, support business growth, and enhance team performance. This individual will take ownership of planning and executing projects across the Operations organization while applying proven process development experience to optimize workflows and implement improvements.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Operations Leadership Team, this role is a key contributor to the success of our broader organization. The Operations Project Manager will collaborate across departments—including Customer Support, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Engineering, OSP, and Sales & Marketing—to ensure alignment, clarity, and results.
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with strong organizational and planning skills, a deep sense of accountability, and a passion for getting things done. They should thrive in a technical environment, enjoy learning about new technologies, and be committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position located at our Franklin, TN, location in Berry Farms.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and late shifts as customer demands warrant. A small percentage of out-of-town, overnight travel may be required.
