Job Description

Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry ? Are you skilled in contract drafting, review, and legal document presentation , and looking for a challenging, rewarding opportunity with a dynamic team?

We are currently seeking a certified Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal department. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the oil & gas sector, along with solid legal acumen and attention to detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise a wide variety of contracts, including lease agreements, joint venture agreements, NDAs, and service contracts
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports as needed
  • Assist in the preparation and management of corporate governance documents, board materials, and corporate filings
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts and maintain corporate records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely renewals, submissions, and compliance with regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Certified Paralegal (e.g., ABA-approved program or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal, with extensive Oil & Gas experience required
  • Proficient in contract lifecycle management and legal documentation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and legal database tools
