LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Process Technician – 3rd Shift to join their team. This is your chance to work with advanced blow molding processes in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a group of blow molding machines ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment and auxiliary systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks, monitoring for deviations in product specifications and making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including conveyor jams and process malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Support process improvement and equipment automation initiatives.
• Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in blow molding or automotive repair within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong background in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and use computer applications related to production systems.
• Aptitude for mathematics, physical science, and process optimization.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Willingness to work a consistent night-shift schedule.

Compensation Range: $30/hr-$40/hr + overtime

Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (2 days on / 3 days off)
