Job Position: Commercial Janitor, Janitorial Worker.
1 part-time position available for immediate hire.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Professional Cleaning Experience.
• Maid and House Cleaning.
• Commercial Building Cleaning.
• Industrial Building Cleaning.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• A Valid Driver’s License is required to drive to each location.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Green Card / Legal status. Must be able to show proof.
• Experience following proven cleaning methods.
• Experience operating various cleaning tools and equipment.
• Background check & live scan.
• Random Drug Testing.
• Must be able to use own vehicle; may be required to go from building to another facility daily.
• Experience and success working on a Team.
• Good Communicator.
• Coachable and Teachable.
• Flexible Open schedule, able to work nights and weekends.
• Experience in managing and or leading multiple cleaning crews.
