Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst at Mays Landing, New Jersey(Hybrid) to play a pivotal role in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, particularly focused on streetlight maintenance projects. This position bridges stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.

Compensation : $40-$45/per hour depending on location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain business process models and documentation.
• Create functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops for requirements gathering and project updates.
• Identify and document project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
• Support development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
• Provide training and support during system implementation and post-launch.
• Participate in software and system evaluation and selection.

Required Qualifications:

• College degree required.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and other analytical databases/software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to analyze and document business processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing business process models.
• Previous involvement in prioritizing corrective maintenance projects or data gap analysis.

Work Environment:

• F/T- shift is either 7:00-3:30pm (1/2 hour lunch), 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30
• Hybrid work schedule: remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday.
