Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Locations: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Pay : $21

About the Role

This is a Field Recruitment position where you will visit dental offices in person and work from home when not in the field. Mileage is reimbursed for all travel.

A hard-wired internet connection is required (no Wi-Fi or satellite). Internet speeds must be at least 10 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload .

During training, candidates must be available and focused from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST with minimal distractions. After training, you will work during standard office hours for your time zone.

You must have the computer knowledge to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit providers to join ***’s dental network
  • Field Recruitment: Visit offices in person
  • Outbound Calling: Follow up with visited offices from home
  • Prepare for visits by creating a plan from provider lists and materials for distribution
  • Build relationships, share network options, and highlight perks to gain interest
  • Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
  • Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
  • Complete required paperwork for providers to join the network
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Switch between projects based on business needs
