About the Role:

Priority Marketing is seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team as a part-time contract employee. We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strong design portfolio who is passionate about visual storytelling and delivering compelling, brand-aligned work across print and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for typography and layout, and enjoys collaborating across departments to bring client visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide variety of materials including brochures, print and digital ads, emails, marketing collateral, logos, illustrations, PowerPoint presentations, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account services, and digital teams to develop concepts and execute designs that meet client goals.
  • Ensure designs align with brand standards, project objectives, and target audience expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within budget parameters.
  • Prepare press-ready files for production, including packaging and exporting assets for vendor delivery.
  • Stay current with design trends, UX/UI principles, and emerging tools and technologies.
  • Use internal project management platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner) to communicate and track progress.
  • Accept and incorporate feedback from creative leadership and account teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, digital, branding, and typography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of responsive web design, UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and file setup requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing creativity with client needs and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Priority Marketing’s mission, outcomes, and values.
