Carefree Boat Club, one of the nation’s leading boat club networks, is expanding to Pensacola! We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to launch and lead our newest location. What You’ll Do:Launch & Lead
Own Local Operations
Build & Manage Teams
Deliver Member Excellence
Manage Fleet & Vendors
Ensure Compliance & Process Adherence
✅ 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, marina, or club management
✅ Proven track record of managing teams and multi-site operations
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Boating knowledge or USCG license is a plus
✅ Available to work weekends and holidays during peak season
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and lifting 50 lbs
