Carefree Boat Club, one of the nation’s leading boat club networks, is expanding to Pensacola! We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to launch and lead our newest location. Launch & Lead

• Oversee the startup of our Pensacola location—staffing, site prep, and operational readiness
• Establish and maintain a culture of professionalism, service, and accountability

Own Local Operations

• Manage day-to-day dock operations across all local sites
• Travel within the region to provide on-site leadership and support
• Attend monthly leadership meetings outside of the territory

Build & Manage Teams

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead dockhands, captains, and managers
• Approve schedules, manage payroll, and drive team performance

Deliver Member Excellence

• Ensure consistently high CSAT and NPS scores
• Monitor member feedback and lead continuous service improvements

Manage Fleet & Vendors

• Oversee vessel maintenance, fueling, safety, and cleanliness
• Maintain relationships with service vendors to ensure quality and timeliness

Ensure Compliance & Process Adherence

• Enforce SOPs, maintain documentation, and uphold lease and insurance standards
• Conduct regular audits and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

✅ 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, marina, or club management

✅ Proven track record of managing teams and multi-site operations

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Boating knowledge or USCG license is a plus

✅ Available to work weekends and holidays during peak season

✅ Comfortable working outdoors and lifting 50 lbs
