Job Description:

KBOX Enterprises is seeking an experienced Full Time Box Truck Driver and Furniture Delivery and Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves driving a 26ft box truck for the delivery and assembly of furniture at customer locations. This is a customer-centric position and white glove, and as a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating the truck, loading and unloading furniture, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and assemblies. You will have an assistant and this is a full-time position for 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a box truck to deliver and assemble furniture at customer locations.
• Load, unload, and securely transport furniture.
• Assemble and set up furniture in customer homes or businesses.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the delivery and assembly process.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery area, following safety protocols.
• Work with the team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in box truck driving and furniture delivery/assembly or similar physical labor work.
• Must pass a 10 year background check and drug test (background check may take 2-3 weeks to process)
• Clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid way to commute to the warehouse which is located in Smyrna. 
• Ability to lift heavy furniture and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: Tuesday through Saturday.
• Day starts at 6:00am and ends once deliveries are complete and offloading of trash/returning merchandise if needed.

Compensation:

• Daily Pay : $180 (ability to make bi-weekly performance bonuses based on business revenue).
• Biweekly Pay : Payments issued every two weeks via direct deposit.
• Contract : 1099 Independent Contractor position.
