Our Bronx-based warehouse and showroom serve as the hub of our operations, where quality, design, and exceptional customer experience come together. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist / Customer Service Manager to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our sales operations and delivering top-tier service to our clients.

Position Overview

As a key member of the Sales and Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be the bridge between our clients, warehouse, and sales staff—keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle order processing, from data entry to delivery coordination
  • Support the Sales Team throughout the sales process
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide product information including availability, pricing, delivery timelines, installation guidance, and limitations
  • Process purchase orders (P/Os), confirm receipts, and coordinate freight quotes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current and new product lines
  • Coordinate sampling requests and ensure timely delivery of packages and products
  • Track backorders and ensure timely follow-ups with customers
  • Follow all delivery, pick-up, and inventory procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and/or sales support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in tile, flooring, or interior furnishings is a strong plus
