Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office weekly (first few weeks full-time in office, as directed by Hiring Manager for training)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Interview Process: Virtual Interviews We’re looking for a Customer Order Specialist to support our supply chain and customer service functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has experience managing customer orders from entry through delivery.
Note: This position is not a leadership or supervisory role.
Candidates with a lead background are not recommended for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities : Accurately receive and enter customer purchase orders into SAP. Review POs for accuracy and manage orders from entry to on-time delivery.
Allocate stock and source materials globally across internal manufacturing sites. Serve as the key point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.)
Support quotation creation, contract review, vendor registrations, and payment terms Resolve order and invoice issues to minimize delivery delays and ensure timely cash collection Maintain customer account details in Lotus Notes and update forecast/quotation data Provide regular order status updates and SAP reporting to the commercial team What You'll Need 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP in a customer service or supply chain role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Ability to work on-site during onboarding (hybrid flexibility after training)
