Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our team in Tulsa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into numbers to support manufacturing and product development. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate cost systems, analyzing financial impact, and helping drive efficiency across the organization.

Hours: 7:30a-4:30p

Pay: $55,000-$65,000

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and validate the standard cost system, including cost rolls, product structures, methods, and variances.
• Audit product costs and analyze the effects of cost changes on materials and work centers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve product and project financial goals.
• Support product development by analyzing engineering changes, materials, and manufacturing methods, and providing cost estimates.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support automation projects, physical inventory activities, and cost savings verification.
• Cross-train with the accounting team and recommend improvements to internal cost accounting procedures.
• Adhere to IFRS and internal control guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing accounting experience (or equivalent)
• CMA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of new product development or cost estimating a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
