Job Description

Baceline Group is the largest owner and operator of small format, necessity-based Neighborhood Shopping Centers across the United States. We are seeking to fill the position of a Client Services Coordinator to join our Investor Relations team. This position will report to the EVP, Operations.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have customer support experience, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Investor Relations Support: Provide responsive support to investors and advisors by building strong relationships, handling inquiries, coordinating events and travel, and ensuring accurate documentation, while delivering professional communication and high-level administrative support to the Investor Relations and Capital Development team.
  • Investor Reporting: Support quarterly and annual reporting processes by preparing meetings, completing reconciliations and valuations, coordinating distributions, and providing investor tax documentation assistance.
  • Transaction Processing: Process and record investor transactions—including contributions, transfers, and redemptions—while ensuring intake documents comply with internal AML/KYC policies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and streamline investor and advisor records in Salesforce and Yardi, ensuring accurate and organized files, and improving system efficiency.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, finance, or similar)
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in customer support, sales, fund administration, client services, banking (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Experience associated with administrative duties
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple job functions
  • Team player and goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively

Salary

$50,000-$60,000/year
