Client Concierge – The Aesthetic Syndicate

Practice Location: Addison,TX

At The Aesthetic Syndicate , we partner with top medical aesthetics practices to deliver best-in-class patient care. We're hiring a Client Concierge to be the face of the practice and create GOLD-level experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.

• Process payments and support front office operations.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assist the team with room turnover and administrative duties.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or medical front office preferred.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and dedicated to outstanding patient care.

• Proficiency with scheduling software (Zenoti experience a plus).

Physical Demands

This position may require the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, sit for extended periods, and engage in frequent standing or walking. Candidates should have good visual and auditory acuity, manual dexterity, and clear communication skills.
