  • Assist in the creation and editing of plans including field layouts, seaming plans, renderings, and construction details.
  • Recreate logos and field artwork by tracing and converting graphic files into AutoCAD-compatible formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design challenges and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback or correct deficiencies.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and contribute to the consistency of the design database.
  • Add notations, dimensions, and comments to plans in line with project standards.
  • Meet project deadlines and assist with multiple projects simultaneously under tight schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a civil environment with exposure to grading, paving, drainage, and utilities is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and work from engineering sketches, survey data, and design specs.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required; familiarity with 3D animation software, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
