Position Overview:

Catering & Events Sales - proven sales leader who is highly motivated with a strong track record of success and driving growth in the catering, events & hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will bring an existing book of business, established industry connections, and deep experience driving significant revenue growth. This role will be influential in refining the brand’s positioning in the market and help shape the next phase of the brand’s evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Leverage existing book of business and industry relationships to generate high-value leads and bookings.
• Partner with leadership to shape the company’s brand and market presence.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Track market trends and uncover opportunities for growth and brand differentiation.
• Represent the company with professionalism and an elevated brand mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience in catering, events & hospitality, with a track record of $3M+ in annual sales preferred.
• Existing book of business and industry connections required.
• Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy and the elements that drive brand success.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
