Job Description

Advent Talent Group is hiring a Campaign Service Representative on behalf of a mission-driven organization in Minneapolis, MN. This role supports impactful community engagement and fundraising initiatives across the Twin Cities, offering hands-on experience in consultative outreach, project coordination, public speaking, and data management—all while contributing to meaningful civic and social change.

Overview

• Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN
• Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends
• Compensation: $23.50/hour
• Travel: Mileage and parking for work-related travel reimbursed
• Training: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote (Fridays) for the first 2 weeks

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to support community-focused initiatives.
• Provide consultation and logistical support for fundraising and engagement campaigns.
• Present at events and meetings, both in-person and virtually.
• Assist with campaign planning, materials preparation, and event staffing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute outreach strategies.
• Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records in a CRM system.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including virtual platforms.
• Background in customer service, sales, or community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
