Compensation is market, plus performance bonuses ($317,500 - $495,000 total comp with bonuses);
Supportive teams that want associates who can take ownership and grow;
Openings that reflect your strengths, whether that’s handling negotiations, interfacing with clients, or running with deals start to finish; and
Alternatively, there may be room for a junior candidate at 2 years of experience, with base salary around 250k to 260k.
