Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Shift requirement: 8 am - 4:30 pm (no on calls or weekends)

Needing medical billing and collections experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative III with strong medical billing and collections experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer invoicing, recording payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical billing and collections.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the accounting team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or medical billing strongly preferred.
